درهم أموي Umayyad dirham

الوجه: المركز: لا إله الا الله وحده لا شريك له.

الهامش: بسم الله، ضرب هذا الدرهم بواسط في سنة ست وثمنين.

الظهر: المركز: الله أحد الله الصمد لم يلد ولم يولد ولم يكن له كفوا أحد.

الهامش: محمد رسول الله ارسله بالهدى زدين الحق ليظهره على الدين كله ولو كره المشركون.

الخليفة الخامس عبد الملك بن مروان  حكم (26 هـ – 86 هـ / 646 – 705م)

It was minted in Wasit in the year 86 AH, during the reign of the fifth Caliph, Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan.

Observe: Center: There is no god but God alone, with no partner.

Margin: In the name of God, this dirham was minted in Wasit in the year eighty six.

Reverse: Center: God is One, God is the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor was begotten, and there is none comparable to Him.

Margin: Muhammad is the Messenger of God. He sent him with guidance and the truth to make it prevail over all religions, even though the polytheists hate it.
