الهامش الخارجي: الله أحد الله الصمد لم يلد ولم يولد ولم يكن له كفوا أحد

Minted during the reign of the Abbasid Caliph Abu al-Fadl al-Muqtadir, who ruled from 295 AH to 320 AH (908-932 AD), this dirham was minted in the City of Peace.

Oversea: Center: Allah/ Muhammad/ Messenger/of Allah/al-Muqtadir.

Margin: Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, whom He sent with guidance and the religion of truth, even though the polytheists hate it.

Reverse: Center: There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner. Abu al-Abbas, Commander of the Faithful.

Inner margin: In the name of Allah, this dirham was minted in the City of Peace in the year 315 AH.

Outer margin: Allah is One, Allah is Self-Sufficient. He neither begets nor is born. And there is none comparable to Him.
