This coin was minted during the reign of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, who ruled from 2004 to 2022.

Commemorative dirham in celebration of the Global Village Season 20
It has a diameter of 24 mm and weighs 6.10 grams. It is a nickel-copper alloy.
The obverse features the 1-dirham note, surrounded by the words “United Arab Emirates” in Arabic and English. It is rarely circulated.

Reverse: The occasion’s logo is in the center, with the Global Village written underneath in Arabic and English. The 20th Season celebrations are written in Arabic and English in the margin.
