50 dirhams, 1973 AD

 
  صدرت العملة في عهد الشيخ خليفة بن حمد آل ثاني الذي حكم من عام 1972 م حتى 1995م.

الوجه: في الوسط: داو (سفينة شراعية)
شجرة النخيل واللاتي تمثلان البيئتين الزراعية والبحرية لدولة قطر، وكتب حولهما في الأسفل دولة قطر وفي الأعلى سنة الإصدار 1393 هـ/ 1973 م.

الظهر: في الوسط كتب 50 درهما واسفلها دولة قطر باللغة الإنجليزية.

 

The coin was issued during the reign of Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani, who ruled from 1972 to 1995.

Oversea: In the center: a dhow (sailing ship) and a palm tree, representing the agricultural and marine environments of the State of Qatar. Surrounding them is the phrase “State of Qatar” at the bottom and the year of issue at the top: 1393 AH/1973 AD.

Reverse: In the center is the phrase “50 dirhams” and below it is the phrase “State of Qatar” in English.
