    تم اصدار هذه العملة في عهد الشيخ عيسى بن سلمان ال خليفة الذي حكم من عام 1961 م حتى 1999 م.

الوجه في الوسط: النخلة هي رمز تاريخي وثقافي هام، حيث ارتبطت بتاريخ الجزيرة وشعبها منذ القدم وحوها في الهامش كتب حكومة البحرين وفي الأسفل تاريخ اصدار العملة 1966 م / 1386 هـ

الظهر: كتب 1 فلس اسفله البحرين باللغة الإنجليزية

 

This coin was issued during the reign of Shaikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, who ruled from 1961 to 1999.

Oversea: The palm tree is an important historical and cultural symbol, as it has been associated with the history of the island and its people since ancient times. The word “Government of Bahrain” is engraved in the margin, and the date of issue at the bottom is 1966 AD / 1386 AH.

Reverse: 1 fils with “Bahrain” written below it in English.
