Obverse: In the center is written “10 Piastres” and above it, “The Arab Republic of Egypt.” Below is the date of issue: 1393 AH / 1973 AD.

Reverse: It depicts a pharaoh with the inscription “May 15, 1971,” the day of the Corrective Revolution.
