Obverse: At the top: Arab Republic of Egypt; at the bottom: 10 piastres; on both sides: Year of issue: 1400 AH / 1980 AD.

Reverse: The occasion’s emblem, with the inscription “March 18” below it, and around it at the top: “For the construction of Qasr El-Aini Hospital.” At the bottom: “Commemorating the signing of the peace agreement.”
