| صدرت العملة سنة 1437هـ/ 2015م في عهد السلطان قابوس بن سعيد الذي حكم سلطنة عمان من عام 1970 ـ 2020م / 1390ـ1441 هـ بمناسبة الذكرى الخامسة والأربعين لقيام السلطنة العمانية وهي آخر عملة معدنية صدرت في عهد هذا السلطان.
الوجه المركز: شعار سلطنة عمان سيفين وخنجر. وبجانبية كتب 5 بيسة بالعربي والإنجليزي، وفي الأعلى سلطنة عمان 1437هـ، واسفله 2015م وسلطنة عمان بالإنجليزي. الهامش: قابوس بن سعيد سلطان عمان. الظهر: شعار العيد الوطني الخامس والأربعين يتوسطه شعار السلطنة ومكتوب على جانبيه 1437هـ و2015م واسفله 45 ويشير الى رقم العيد الوطني. التركيب: برونز مطلي فولاذ الوزن: 2.65 جرام القطر: 19 ملم السمك: 1.5 ملم |

The coin was issued in 1437 AH/2015 CE during the reign of Sultan Qaboos bin Said, who ruled the Sultanate of Oman from 1970 to 2020 CE/1390-1441 AH, to commemorate the 45th anniversary of the founding of the Sultanate of Oman. It is the last coin issued during his reign. Obverse: The emblem of the Sultanate of Oman, two crossed swords and a dagger. Beside it are the words “5 baisa” in Arabic and English. Above it are “Sultanate of Oman 1437 AH,” and below them are “2015 CE” and “Sultanate of Oman” in English. Margin: Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman. Reverse: The 45th National Day logo, featuring the Sultanate’s emblem in the center, with the dates 1437 AH and 2015 AD inscribed on either side, and the number 45 below, indicating the National Day number.
