عملة تذكارية يتركب من الوسط ذهبي ملون، نحاس مع الالمنيوم والحافة فضي، نيكل الوجه: في الوسط تظهر قلعة الجلالي وهو يخلد مرور مائة عام على اصدار أول سك نقدي في مسقط/ في الأعلى كتب (الذكرى المئوية لإصدار اول سك نقدي في مسقط) وفي الأسفل كتبت سنة (1311ـ1411هـ) الظهر: في اعلى الوسط شعار سلطنة عمان / اسفله كتب البنك المركزي العماني /وفي الهامش كتب (قابوس بن سعيد سلطان عمان. / وعلى الجانبين كتبت سنة الإصدار 1411هـ/ 1991م. |

The commemorative coin was issued in 1991 during the reign of Sultan Qaboos bin Said, who ruled the Sultanate of Oman from 1970 to 2020 (1390-1441 AH). The commemorative coin is composed of a colored gold center, copper and aluminum, and a silver and nickel edge. Obverse: In the center is the Jalali Fort, commemorating the centenary of the first coin issued in Muscat. Above it is written “Centenary of the issuance of the first coin in Muscat,” and below it is written the year “1311-1411 AH.” Reverse: At the top center is the emblem of the Sultanate of Oman. Below it is written “Central Bank of Oman.” In the margin is written “Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman.” On both sides is written the year of issue: 1411 AH/1991 AD |
