الوجه: في الوسط نواسير حماه هي مجموعة من الأروقة (“عجلات الأواني”، في اليمين جامع نور الدين هو مسجد من العصر الزنجيدي في حماة، سوريا. أسسه نور الدين في الفترة 1163-1164 ميلادي/ وفي أعلى الوسط كتب (مصرف سورية المركزي) / واسفله كتب تاريخ اصدار العملة (1430 هـ / 2009 م) / وأسفل الوسط كتب (مئتا ليرة سورية).

الظهر: سقف مزخرف للمحراب الجنوبي في معبد بل بمدينة تدمر القديمة/ وكتب باللغة الإنجليزية اعلى (مصرف سورية المركزي) وأسفل (مئتا ليرة سورية).

المقاس: 65 x 145 ملم

This currency was printed during the presidency of Bashar al-Assad, who ruled from 2000 to 2024.

Obverse: In the center, the Nawasir of Hama is a series of arcades (“pot wheels”). On the right is the Nur ad-Din Mosque, a Zengid-era mosque in Hama, Syria. It was founded by Nur ad-Din in 1163-1164 AD. At the top center is written “Central Bank of Syria.”/ Below it is written the date of issue (1430 AH / 2009 AD) / and below the center is written (Two Hundred Syrian Pounds).

Reverse: Decorated ceiling of the southern mihrab in the Temple of Bel in the ancient city of Palmyra / and written in English above (Central Bank of Syria) and below (Two Hundred Syrian Pounds).
