This coin was minted during the reign of Sultan Moulay Youssef bin Hassan I, who ruled from 1912 to 1927. Obverse: In the center is the five-pointed star, which represents the Moroccan symbol printed on the flag, surrounded by the words “The Moroccan State” in Arabic at the bottom and its name in English at the top.
