The coin was minted during the presidency of Miloš Zeman, who served as the country’s third president from 2013 to 2023.

Obverse: In the center is a crowned Czech lion; below is the year of issue, 2016; the inscription “Czech Republic” is written in English.

 Reverse: In the center is the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul on Petrov Hill in Brno, and below it is written 10 CZK, the minting mark.
