The coin was minted during the second Abu Yahya government, which ruled from 2003 to 2006 (the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth Abu Yahya governments). Obverse: A lion’s head with the date of issue (1426 AH / 2005 AD) in front. Reverse: 20 dinars in the center, followed by “Bank of Algeria” at the top.
