This coin was minted during the presidency of Anwar Sadat, who ruled from 1970 to 1981.

Obverse: In the center is written “10 Piastres” and above it “Arab Republic of Egypt.” Below it is the date of issue: 1398 AH / 1978 AD.

Reverse: It depicts a cement factory. Around it is the words “Egyptian Portland Cement Company of Torah,” below it is the fiftieth anniversary, and above it are “1927-1977 AD.”
