Obverse: In the center is written 50 piastres, above it is written “Arab Republic of Egypt,” and below it is written “50 Piastres.” Reverse: In the center is an image of the Suez Canal, above it is written “Suez Canal,” below it is the word “New,” and on both sides is the date of issue: 1436 AH / 2015 AD.
