This currency was issued during the reign of Sheikh Hamad bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, who ruled from 1999 and remains in power. Obverse: Center: The emblem of the Kingdom of Bahrain. In the margin: The words “Kingdom of Bahrain” in Arabic and English, with the year of issue (2011 CE / 1432 AH) in between. Reverse: The words “100 fils”. |
