الوجه: لون الخزامى على خلفية زرقاء وطبعة متعددة الألوان / صورة صدام حسين على اليمين؛ / سد حديثة (القادسية) على نهر الفرات في الوسط. /توجد تباينات في درجات الألوان/ كتب في الأعلى (البنك المركزي العراقي) وفي الوسط (مائتان وخمسون ديناراً) وفي الأسفل كتب تاريخ اصدار العملة (1415هـ – 1995 م). الظهر: النقش البارز على نصب الحرية في بغداد في الوسط. باللغة الإنجليزية كتب (في الأعلى البنك المركزي العراقي) وفي الأسفل (مائتان وخمسون دينارًا) القياس: 85 x 175 ملم |

The currency was issued during the presidency of Saddam Hussein, who ruled from 1979 to 2003. Obverse: Lavender color on a blue background with a multicolored print. A portrait of Saddam Hussein is on the right; the Haditha (Qadisiyah) Dam on the Euphrates River is in the center. There are variations in the shades of color. The inscription is “Central Bank of Iraq” at the top, “Two Hundred and Fifty Dinars” in the center, and the date of issue (1415 AH – 1995 AD) at the bottom. Reverse: The relief on the Freedom Monument in Baghdad is in the center. In English, it reads “Central Bank of Iraq” above and “Two Hundred and Fifty Dinars” below. Size: 85 x 175 mm |
