الظهر: الوسط (الناصر لدين الله امير المؤمنين) وفي المحيط (جاء الحق وزهق الباطل ان الباطل كان زهوقا، وننزل من القرآن ما هو شفاء ورحمه)

The Rassid Dynasty: A dynasty that ruled Yemen (284 AH – 1382 AH/1962 CE), founded by Imam al-Hadi Yahya ibn al-Husayn ibn al-Qasim in Sa’dah.

The coin was minted during the reign of Imam al-Nasir Ahmad ibn Yahya, who ruled from 913 CE to 934 CE.

Obverse: In the center: (There is no god but God, the One, without partner)

(Muhammad is the Messenger of God) and on the first edge: (In the name of God, this dirham was struck in Sa’dah).

Reverse: In the center: (al-Nasir li-Din Allah, Commander of the Faithful) and on the edge: (Truth has come and falsehood has vanished. Indeed, falsehood is ever bound to vanish. And We send down of the Qur’an that which is healing and mercy).
